Tearing apart the office looking for an old letter from Cigna approving Belac of his med. Aetna has denied Belac's med and we are preparing a file. It is not enough to have the authorization code in our appeal, Aetna wants a hard copy. The hospital did not scan the paper and I'm not sure I kept the letter. Is this the kind of thing Cigna could reissue for us? This is the $20,000/year problem I am working on this morning.
