Received a note from Charles' wife. They are going to call tonight. This is surreal! Are hubby and I really serious about this?

Would we feel cramped after living in this huge house? What if the decision ends up being premature, would we regret it? But it's also real and significant savings, while still living well. We will probably feel a little bit of everything, whatever our decision.

These are beautiful kitchens: happy, bright, and efficient. Everything you could need in a relatively compact space.
