3 miles a day

I tell myself over and over it will be just 40 minutes of my day and then I start the treadmill. This is how I now jog 3 miles a day. At 5 mph I am as comfortable as I ever will be about just doing it, no faster, no slower, no excuses.

My FIL complimented me on my hair the other day. I said to him, you know it's not the hair, right? As you can see, it's getting grayer by the second and I refuse to do anything about it, I laughed. It's the running, definitely the running.

Run for you life. Seriously. It's one of the best things I've ever done for myself.
